Confirmation of appointment.

According to agreement, and with reference to the website www.Trylleri.com, order confirmation is hereby sent.

Please note that the order is confirmed and activated when the customer accepts with their own email. We will then return to you with a confirmation of order receipt via your email.

After activation, the order is to be considered binding for both parties, cf. Trylleri.com's general business, ordering and cancellation terms and conditions as described here in the confirmation.

Practical information regarding the running of the show:

Delays:
Trylleri.com's artist arrives approximately 30 minutes before the show starts. It is very important that the entertainment can begin at the scheduled time. Trylleri.com accepts up to 15 minutes of delay. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to deduct the time from the total duration of the show. Thus, waiting time counts equally with the actual show time.

Changing clothes:
Please have a private changing room ready for our staff no later than 30 minutes before the show starts.

We appreciate that the magician and the other performers are offered a drink.

Number of guests at the party:

If the number of guests at the party exceeds the number stated by the customer, a new offer must automatically be made, and this agreement will not apply. It is up to the customer to inform if the number of guests increases.
A maximum of 15 people are accepted.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation of event by the customer:
If a show is cancelled with more than six months' notice, there will be no charge. If a show is cancelled with more than one month's notice, Trylleri.com is entitled to half of the agreed fee.
If cancelled with less than one month's notice, the claim is the full fee.

Cancellation of event from Trylleri.com's website:
We would like to point out that trylleri.com has never had to cancel a scheduled show before, and has only very rarely had to have fewer performers than agreed. We naturally strive to do our utmost to always fulfill our agreements.

If Trylleri.com is unable to carry out an agreed show due to, for example, serious illness, accident, death in the immediate family or other force majeure, the customer will be exempt from all payment.

Trylleri.com cannot be held liable to the customer in relation to full or partial cancellation.

Alternatively, the customer can choose to have trylleri.com perform the show on another agreed day and time. If so, this will be to the customer's advantage and with a price reduction of 10% of the price agreed in the order.

Company agreement/association:
Bank transfer net payment 14 days. We will send the invoice to the contact person by email.
